Viele neue polymerbasierte Kunststoffe f\u00fcr Anwendungen in verschiedenen Arten von Folien, Klebstoffen und Dichtungsmassen wurden entwickelt, die wesentlich schneller reagieren als fr\u00fcher.<\/p>\n

Herk\u00f6mmliche Calciumcarbonate f\u00fchren aufgrund ihres Anteils von > 0,2 % Feuchtigkeit zu Nebenreaktionen mit dem Polymer oder mit Zusatzstoffen, was die Haltbarkeit solcher Produkte reduziert.<\/p>\n

Um f\u00fcr solche Anwendungen eine echte Alternative zu bieten, wurde f\u00fcr atmungsaktive Folien die Produktserie CALCIPLAST<\/em><\/strong>\u00ae<\/em><\/strong><\/span> entwickelt, die einen minimierten Feuchtigkeitsgehalt von lediglich 0,1* % aufweist. Die daraus resultierende hohe Flie\u00dfspanne f\u00fchrt zu einer schnelleren Verarbeitung und Kostenersparnis.\u00a0 ( *gemessen bei der Herstellung )<\/p>\n

Durch seine thermische Stabilit\u00e4t bis \u00fcber 270 \u00b0C ist diese Produktserie insbesondere f\u00fcr PE- und PP-Folien sowie atmungsaktive Folien geeignet und zeichnet sich zudem neben einer geringen Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe durch einen hohen Wei\u00dfgrad sowie durch gute Bedruckbarkeit aus.<\/p>\n

Verbindungen auf Basis von Kunststoffen und Kautschuk f\u00fcr alle Arten von Endprodukten machen unser t\u00e4gliches Leben komfortabler. Solchen Verbindungen werden Industrieminerale beigegeben, um spezifische Eigenschaften des Polymers wie Zugfestigkeit und Z\u00e4higkeit zu verbessern. Das weltweit am h\u00e4ufigsten eingesetzte Industriemineral ist nat\u00fcrliches gemahlenes Calciumcarbonat (GCC)<\/a>. Die Zugabe von Industriemineralen erfolgt nicht nur, um die Kosten zu senken, sondern vor allem, um die Eigenschaften des Polymers zu verbessern. Daher muss das Industriemineral chemisch hochrein sein und nach dem Einmischen in die Polymermatrix f\u00fcr einen langen Zeitraum stabil bleiben, damit es keine Alterungseffekte im Endprodukt verursacht. Aluminiumhydroxid (ATH)<\/a> oder Magnesiumhydroxid<\/a> k\u00f6nnen in Kunststoff- und Kautschukmischungen eingesetzt werden, um im Brandfall als Flammschutzmittel und Rauchverminderer zu wirken.<\/p>
