Subito dopo la prima guerra mondiale, nel 1919, il signor Hermann M\u00fcnchow con la sua giovane azienda “Teutonia” inizia a macinare pietre giurassiche, che si trovano nella regione di Ulm. Questa granulosit\u00e0 viene utilizzata per la formulazione di stucchi per finestre, il cui nome commerciale \u00e8 “Teutonia, \u00f6lsparende Kittkreide, Mahlung K”. <\/p>\n

Nel 1922 viene acquisito il primo cliente nel settore del linoleum, la “Rheinische Linoleumwerke Bedburg”. Seguono altri produttori famosi, tra cui DLW (1927).
Vengono conquistati nuovi segmenti di mercato, come lo stucco per i portalampada o l’industria della gomma (1928).<\/p>\n

L’era prospera del miracolo economico \u00e8 caratterizzata non solo da una crescita forte e duratura, ma anche da nuovi materiali come il PVC e i leganti sintetici. Alpha Calcit inizia a fornire granuli di marmo bianco con un grado di bianco finora ineguagliato dalla sua cava in Austria in una gamma industriale (rispetto alla tradizione di selezionare le pietre di marmo a mano) creando i gradini da 0,5 mm. Viene sviluppato il primo impasto di CaCO3<\/sub> per l’industria della carta. <\/p>\n

Lo sfruttamento delle pietre di marmo \u00e8 completato da una selezione automatizzata basata su sistemi optoelettronici. Inoltre, le pietre vengono lavate due volte, in modo da aumentare ulteriormente il livello di bianco ed evitare le macchie nere.
Viene creato il primo impianto in loco per la patinatura della carta sulla base dei colori di patinatura scartati (brevettato). In Cina il sistema AlphaCarb rivoluziona l’industria della carta fino ad oggi. <\/p>\n
