Industria del gesso
Nella chimica delle costruzioni, il gesso si offre come materiale di base per molte aree al fine di creare uno strato protettivo con elevata resistenza al fuoco e un basso peso proprio nel prodotto finale, nonché attraverso l’aggiunta di adeguati ritardanti di fiamma. Il gesso viene utilizzato come legante o riempitivo in pitture e vernici, nell’industria del cemento, negli intonaci e nei massetti, e nelle costruzioni a secco. La combinazione con CALCILIT® e/o ALFRIMAL® offre un ambito di sviluppo per risultati multiformi e multifunzionali.

Base Aluminium hydroxide Calcium carbonate
Properties / Description new aluminium hydroxide quality, which is particularly well suited as a flame-retardant filler for selected levelling compounds and floor coverings as well as for resins, bitumen and plastics. As the material is low in fines, very high filling degrees are achieved. The upper separation cut is exact and coarse fractions > 200 µm are not present / halogen-free, which means that no toxic or corrosive gases are produced in the event of fire / significant reduction of smoke gas temperature + smoke gas density. Fine-grained high-purity white calcium carbonate / balanced particle size distribution / excellent hiding power / high specific surface area / free from organic impurities
