Rubber and Caoutchouc Industry

In order to fulfil the diverse requirements in the rubber industry in the best possible way, our fillers support the interaction with the rubber matrix in terms of viscosity and improve the fracture behaviour, tear resistance and reduce abrasion in the rubber. They can also positively influence the processability or “gas tightness” by adding them to the material through their dilution effect.

Our products are optimized for fast and effective compounding, moulding and vulcanisation.

We use natural calcium carbonates with customized particle size distribution as the raw material base for our CALCILIT® product line.

For the halogen-free flame retardant finishing of rubber products, a wide range of aluminum hydroxides is available with the ALFRIMAL® product line.

Properties / Description
Serves to increase the service life of the plastic and protect against various damaging influences during its use / flame-retardant / suitable for processing temperatures up to 200 °C / finest particle size / alternative for ultra-fine precipitated ATH / narrow decomposition temperature gap / independent of pH value
flame-retardant / suitable for processing temperatures up to 200 °C / ultra-fine ATH with a high specific surface area of 5 m²/g and a peak cut of 20 μm / therefore suitable for all applications where other ATH fillers cause problems due to their hydrophilic surface
flame-retardant / suitable for processing temperatures up to 200 °C / fine particle size / alternative for ultra-fine precipitated ATH / narrow decomposition temperature gap / independent of pH value
flame-retardant / suitable for processing temperatures up to 200 °C / fine particle size / alternative for ultra-fine precipitated ATH / narrow decomposition temperature gap / independent of pH value
flame-retardant / suitable for processing temperatures up to 200 °C / independent of pH value / 1:1 replacement of standard fillers possible / particularly suitable for high-quality cable gusset and sheathing compounds as well as PVC-based elastomer foams and thermosets
flame retardant / smoke retardant / optimised particle size distribution / high loading capacity
flame-retardant / combines maximum whiteness with a small particle size of less than 2µm / halogen-free
