PVC Stabilizers
Industrial minerals are added to PVC products as fillers to improve specific properties of the polymer such as tensile strength and toughness. The addition is not only done to reduce costs, but mainly to improve the properties of the polymer. Therefore, the industrial mineral must be chemically highly pure and remain stable for a long period of time after mixing into the polymer matrix so that it does not cause ageing effects in the final product.
